Andrew, As you can see, this is a new forum, with so far only a few members. Thanks for joining. I'm hoping that you'll get some solid advice on your trade offer. Besides the forum here, another good place to ask would be our You Can Play Guitar Yahoo! Group. I have posted a message there asking the other members to lend a hand, offering some helpful advice, yet sometimes they like to be asked personally, so you may want to consider joining us at groups.yahoo.com/group/youcanplayguitar/Our members have been the most helpful to each other in many ways. A very good group that offers solid advice. Hopefully you'll join us! Feel free to post here as often as you wish, and help spread the word that we are looking for new members here at the forum. Thanks!

Someone offered me a trade...my Yamaha RGS-121 electric...for a Seagull S6 acoustic and was wondering if I should take him up on this deal...all advice welcome Andrew, I guess first I need to ask you a few questions. Is your RG your only elec, have you compared prices between the two, are you going to be able to try it out first? If the RG is not your workhorse and has been sitting in the corner for awhile and if you do not have a acoustic then for for it. but only if you like the answers to the first questions I asked. Hope all works out for you Seagull makes a d**n fine acoustic Peace, bob
