i just want to know every thing about this kind of chord: Em/B, Dm7/G, D7/A, F#7/C#, A/G and lot more. i dont know what kind of chords are those. And i just want to know if there is a pattern for this or technique to remember all of this.

These are musical inversions of regular chords called slash chords. Whichever note is behind the "/" is played in the bass. For example:
A major is made of the notes A, C#, and E and is played like so x02220. The slash chord A/C# has the C# in the bass and is played like so x4222x.
Dm7 is made up of the notes D,F,A,C and played like xx0211. A Dm7/G which has the G in the bass is 3x0011. The note A is missing but it doesn't matter if the perfect 5th is removed. It is not needed and makes the chord Dm7/G easier to play.
