Here is a chord switch for D major, D7, and D7sus4 which are all in the key of G.
Make the D7 chord (xx0212). Use your middle finger on the third string, index on the second string, and ring on the first string. Now keeping all of your other fingers where they are reach around and drop your pinky on the third fret of the second string for D major. (xx0232) To switch back to D major just lift your pinky.
To switch from D7 to D7sus4 also in the key of G, drop your pinky at the third fret first string. (xx0213) Lift your pinky to return to D7, or move it to the third fret second string for D major. (xx0232)
So you can now play three different chords by moving only one finger.
