What are good drums for the price?

I'm looking to get a starters drum kit (something to learn on) and I want to spend up to $2000.00

Can anyone recommend a good brand, and tell me what I should look for?

it is really a style you like and it can take a while so i would suggest a 5 peice union kit it has everything you will need to rock out loud
